The national archives' copy of the Bill of Rights is traveling around the country, and will be stopping for a one-day visit at the Arizona Capitol Museum (in the 1700 W Washington bldg) on 02/20 ( this Saturday). I am sure security on the capitol premises itself will be tight.
I have no idea about the permissibility of tables or electioneering in the USS Arizona park just east of the capitol - or, alternatively, in the parking area(s) west of the capitol.
Viewing will be 8 am to 4 pm.
The Great Arizona Beer Festival's Light Rail Pub Crawl
Saturday 2/20 from 2:00 to 7:00.
Go hang out near one of the light rail stops that serve the participating breweries. Maybe have a beer, too.
"Participant meet at the Sun Up Brewing Company, the first stop on this pub crawl, and then head to Coach and Willie's in Phoenix, and Tempe's Gordon Biersch and Dave's Electric Brew Pub."

Phil Gordon and Michael Nowakowski, Don't Tax Our Food
PHOENIX (By Jon Garrido, The Jon Garrido News Network) February 16, 2010 (Editorial at Hispanic News www.Hispanic.cc)
Well I must say that politics in Arizona (in this case Phoenix) will not get boring any time soon. Especially when it comes to dealing with taxes.
I have just heard some distrubing news that I got confirmation from Jim Iannuzo about.
It seems the petitioners who are circulating the gorcery tax petitions for the campaign pro-bono advised Jim Friday that they were approached by some people to collect signatures for a fake petition drive they were stating IN SUPPORT OF the tax on groceries.
